The new facility will be renovated in preparation for a move in April 2007. The address of the new location in the Foothills Industrial Park will be circulated just prior to the move.

This will be the second move in two years and reflects the steady growth of the company. In 2006 the company celebrated it's 10th year of operation. The company was founded in 1996 by President Ralph Austerman to provide superior mechanical services to the Calgary commercial construction industry.
